We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to continue to improve your shipping experience.

We’ve updated the listing page so that it’s easier to edit your shipping when you’ve received an automatic recommendation. Now it’s one quick tap to update your shipping preferences. 

Editing allows you to choose your preferred shipping carrier or add the exact dimensions of your item. To see this change, be sure you are using the latest version of the app (released on or after Monday, Dec 9, 2019).

Shipping is an important part of selling. And we are always trying to make it better.

But, we don’t always get it right the first time. We hear you. And we are now working around the clock to improve the experience.

Here is what we have already done.

We have made measuring your package optional. When you update to the latest version of the app, you will see this change.

Should you want to provide measurements (so your shipping label is as accurate as possible), you can now provide the dimensions of your item, rather than the dimensions of your packaged item. We think this will help considerably.

Additionally, in response to your feedback, we are working on making a number of other changes. Check back here, where we’ll be providing updates as they come.
